A 24/7 Counseling Helpline is the cornerstone of any Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and provides direct access to a counseling support service for employees and/or their families in their time of need.

Professional help from our qualified and experienced counselors are available to your employees round the clock to address their personal challenges that may directly or indirectly impact their performance negatively. At CGP, qualified and professional counselors address issues “confidentially” pertaining to suicide, domestic violence, substance issue, relationship problems etc.

CGP provides in-take calls in 9 different regional Indian languages that help callers to seek counseling assistance in a language of choice. CGP is the first institution in India to offer these services at the triage level. Given that commute to work and back is a major challenge especially in cities, employees can choose to speak with a mental health professional either telephonically, online or in person depending on the convenience of the employee.

Highly qualified and experienced professionals provide these services and appropriate referrals are made as and when required. Confidentiality is the core of these services at no cost to the employee.

Reaching out for assistance in a language most conversant helps in more clear articulation and therefore provides a more effective clinical intervention. Counseling in ALL other Indian Languages are provided on employee request.

Wellness Online

Wellness online is a web based medium for clients to connect with our professional counsellors. The online portal can be used to speak about any personal or professional concern. It is an efficient tool for people who find it hard to communicate their feelings and thoughts in person or through telephone.
Wellness online contains an exhaustive library of content in the form of articles, research and knowledge on psychological and physical well-being. Polls, questionnaires and surveys are some of the other resources that can be accessed by the employees.
